Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to GenOr’s website. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GenOr Site (“Website”), including all content, functionality, and services offered through the Site. Please read these Terms carefully as they incorporate an agreement between you and GenOr, including its affiliates or subsidiaries (“GenOr”, “Company”, “Us”, or “We”). By accessing or using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy (described above). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you should refrain from using the Site.
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow you to request a product demo. Any new features or tools which are added to the current Site will also be subject to these Terms.

Use the information on this Site at your own risk and do not rely on it as professional advice.
By filling out the demo request form or contacting us through the Site, you understand that this is not a contractually binding order but an expression of interest.
We will do our best to accommodate demo requests, but scheduling and availability are subject to our confirmation and resources.
We reserve the right to decline a demo request at our discretion.

When using our Site, you agree to:

• Use the Site only for its intended purpose (obtaining information about GenOr and requesting a demo for legitimate interest in our product).
• Provide true, accurate, and current information if you choose to submit any forms (such as the demo booking form). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the data you provide to us.
• Use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes privacy laws, intellectual property laws, export control laws, and any other relevant rules in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right, without notice, to terminate or suspend access to the Site by anyone who, in our opinion, violates these Terms or engages in behavior that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to others or to our systems.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All content and materials on the Site, including but not limited to the text, data, graphics, logos, button icons, images, videos, software, and overall design (collectively, the “Content”), are the property of GenOr or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• GenOr Trademarks: GenOr name, the terms, the Company logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.
• Limited License for Personal Use: GenOr grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Site and its Content.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, or transmit any of the Content on our Site for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• Feedback: If you choose to provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to GenOr regarding the Site or our products (“Feedback”), you agree that GenOr can use and share such Feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. Any Feedback you provide is entirely voluntary and will not create any confidentiality obligation for GenOr.

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by GenOr and its licensors. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and could result in civil or criminal penalties.

Prohibited Uses

We expect users to use our Site responsibly. You agree that you will NOT:

• Violate Laws or Regulations: Use the Site for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by applicable law.
• Infringe on Intellectual Property or Rights of Others: Upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any party. You also must not violate others’ privacy or publicity rights.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

• Impersonation or False Information: Impersonate any person or entity (including a GenOr representative) or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. You must not provide false information when interacting with the Site, such as in the demo request form.
• Collect Data Without Consent: Engage in data mining, scraping, crawling, or any systematic retrieval of data or Content from the Site to create or compile a collection, database, or directory without GenOr’s written permission.
• Frame or Mirror the Site: You will not frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate any portion of the Site into any other website or service without GenOr’s prior written authorization.

Violation of any of the above Prohibited Uses may result in termination of your right to use the Site and may expose you to legal liability. GenOr reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GenOr provides the Site and all Content on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranty of any kind, and we use reasonable efforts to keep the Website running sufficiently.

• However We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free
• Information may occasionally be outdated or incomplete
• We're not responsible for technical issues beyond our reasonable control
• Any demos or information provided are for evaluation only
• We don't warrant that the site is free from viruses or other harmful components

Your Use is At Your Own Risk:

You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards for your systems when using our Site.

• To the fullest extent provided by law, the company hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
• The foregoing does not affect any warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent provided by law, in no event will the collective liability of the company and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors, to any party (regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed $100 USD.
The limitation of liability set out above does not apply to liability resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The foregoing does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GenOr and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
(a) your violation of these Terms or any policies referenced herein.
(b) your use or misuse of the Site or any services obtained through the Site.
(c) your violation of any law or regulation, or the rights of any third party (including any intellectual property or privacy right).
(d) any content or information that you post, upload, or otherwise submit to the Site (if applicable).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Portal and these Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State Israel without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Israel or any other jurisdiction).
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv.

Eligibility (Users Over 18)

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Site or submit a demo request. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are under 18, you are not authorized to use this Site. If we discover that someone under 18 has provided information or is using our Site, we will terminate such use and delete their information.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
GenOr’s failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
No waiver of any term or condition shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of GenOr.

Entire Agreement

The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and GenOr regarding the Portal alone, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website.
